This award was received at a prestigious event organized by The Iconomics in Jakarta on Thursday (21/5). The achievement serves as recognition for PT PELNI (Persero) in implementing its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program through the Independent Village Program in Cianjur in 2025.
The award was received directly by PELNI’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, Anik Hidayati, at the 8th Indonesia Best CSR Awards 2026. The achievement reflects PELNI’s commitment to delivering TJSL programs that not only focus on social aspects, but also integrate economic, environmental, and sustainable corporate governance dimensions.
PELNI’s Independent Village Program in Cianjur aims to ensure the supply of food commodities, particularly vegetables, for PELNI passenger ships serving thousands of passengers every day. The program is part of PELNI’s TJSL commitment aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) pillars, while also supporting community empowerment through increased productivity and sustainable village economic development.
The 8th CSR Summit 2026 through the Indonesia CSR Awards 2026 is a form of appreciation for companies that have carried out CSR/TJSL initiatives, particularly programs implemented over the past year that have created significant impacts on society.
This award further strengthens PELNI’s commitment to continuously delivering TJSL programs that create tangible benefits for communities and support inclusive and sustainable economic development. Through various social and empowerment programs, PELNI continues to contribute positively to society while reinforcing its role as a national shipping company that serves and connects the Indonesian archipelago.
